Online trading is the purchase and sale by profession for the purpose of making a profit of goods or services, which is carried out mainly through electronic stores, online platform /Amazon, eBay/, ad platform /OLX, Bazar.bg/, social networks /Facebook, Instagram/ and the like. If you sell goods or services on the Internet, you should know that from the point of view of tax legislation, this trade is not fundamentally different from selling in a standard store.
“E-shop” is software, the access to which is made via the Internet using a web browser or mobile application, and through which the sale of goods/services is carried out through the conclusion of a distance contract under Art. 45 of the Consumer Protection Act, providing the possibility for the customer to choose goods/services through a shopping cart or otherwise, and to provide contact information with the buyer, the delivery address and the method of payment. — §1, DR, item 87 of the VAT.
